Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your hair! However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have strict guidelines in place.

All Sales Are Final. No Exchanges

Due to the sanitary nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped. Please ensure you review your order carefully before placing it. If the order has not been shipped and you wish to cancel, please reach out via email at Impressionslounge@gmail.com to withdraw order. 

Refunds (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Returns are accepted at least 14 days after delivery. If purchased through “Klarna” , 14 days minimum with no extra cost to the customer.
